Question #1What is The CremationCare Centre?
Answer:The CremationCare Centre is a cremation provider for people who prefer cremation.  You want a reputable professional to give you the easy, low cost arrangements that you are looking for.

Question #2What does the $ 1,535.96 price include?
Answer:Our price includes:

- transfer from the place of death
-all documentation including proof of death certificates
-cardboard cremation container (200 lbs.limit)
-a private viewing room if desired (for use of up to 15 mins)
-transfer to St. John's Dixie Crematorium in Mississauga (other Crematorium options available)
-return of ashes to The CremationCare Centre
-all fees and taxes

Question #3How long will it take until I can pick up my loved one's cremated remains?
Answer:Usually, within 3-4 business days, however, priority cremation may be arranged if desired for a additional charge.

Question #4What are some of the things not included?
Answer:Extra items that can be purchased would include an urn,  newspaper notice, guest book, picture prayer cards etc.. All of which may be purchased at a reasonable price through The CremationCareCentre.

Question #5How does pre-registering work?
Answer:You simply fill out the on-line submission or the back of our printed pamphlet and send it in. We will register you and send you a wallet card and a registration certificate. The CremationCare Centre places all information in a file and will maintain this file until the time of death.  

Question #6How much does it cost to register?
Answer:It is free.  The CremationCare Centre does not charge for registration.

Question #7Can I pre-pay my cremation service?
Answer:Yes.  Pre-paying your cremation service locks the price in at today's rate.  You will never have to pay more for your service.  Guaranteed.  

Question #8Does the body have to be embalmed?
Answer:No.  It is not a legal requirement.  The CremationCare Centre has modern facilities and embalming is not required.

Question #9What happens to the ashes after cremation?
Answer:Your cremated remains (ashes) will be handled according to your written instructions. They may be picked up by your survivors or delivered to you.

Question #10What kind of container will the cremated remains be returned to my family?
Answer:They are placed in a small cardboard container at no charge to you.  The CremationCare Centre offers many different urns at very reasonable prices.
