Ruth and Jack were great friends to the James family, especially our late parents Gordon and Betty.
By one of those odd co-incidences of life, The Village of Humber Heights was just one block north of our family home on Yorkleigh Ave. Before a retirement home, it was a public school which Kevin, Maureen and I all went to 55 years ago.
Ruth and Jack were always game to help with the little skits, if not outright plays, which we staged at our Mom & Dad's New Year's parties. It was all great fun.
