Obituary of Linda Pritchard

Linda was born on September 26, 1940 and passed into the presence of Jesus at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 1 st , 2025, just after church services had ended for the day.

If Linda wasn’t busy getting ready to meet Jesus that day, she would have been in church which is where she was happiest, greeting others,
encouraging them and telling them that she was Amazing.

Linda was born in Lansdowne, Ontario, the only child of her parents, Florence and Ernest Pritchard. The family eventually moved to Belleville where she lived until adulthood. She was raised in a faith-filled Christian home and lived out her faith throughout her life.

Linda moved to Toronto and after a number of job opportunities, was employed by Valcomp Technologies where she worked for over 40 years until illness forced her to retire at the age of 82. For a number of years, she also worked weekends at Shepherd Village and got to know many of the residents personally.

Linda enjoyed being active at Church on the Queensway, from involvement in the musical productions many years ago, going on bus trips and staying connected with friends and family. Although she had few close family members, mainly cousins and second and third cousins, she had a huge list of friends, who will miss her terribly.

Her memory will live on in those who knew her!
