Obituary of Brent Raymond Thomas

It is with great sadness the family of the late Brent Raymond Thomas announce his passing in Toronto Ontario at the age of 67 on September 28,2025.

Brent worked at CBC for over 30 years until his retirement in 2016.  His job as editor took him around the world, as he worked on several Olympics.   His main passion in life was travel and photography, which he achieved to the fullest. 

Brent was predeceased by his parents Edward and Shirley Thomas, as well as his precious niece Amanda Thomas-Saunders. He leaves to mourn his brother Gary(Jeannette) and sister Sandra(Terry).

Brent will be laid to rest in his home town of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
