Obituary of Mary Anne Snow

Mary Ann Snow passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026 at Lakeside LTC. 

Mary was born on June 10, 1940 in Toronto, Ontario, to her loving parents, Olga Longo and Augustino Longo. Mary was the beloved younger sister of Tony Longo (all predeceased).  

In 1956, Mary married Roy Snow, with whom she began building her family. 

She was a caring and deeply loved mother to Randy Snow, Steven Snow (predeceased), and Lynn Snow. 

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Roy Snow, Annette Snow, Qadira Snow, Zachary Snow, and Jahlyal Snow. Mary was also a cherished great-grandmother to Mckenna Snow, Quentin Snow, Matthew Gillespie, Kaleb Snow, Zadyn Snow and Anthony Scala. 

Years later, in 1979, she met Gerald “Tony” Trotter. Together they shared an adventurous and joyful life for the next 15 years, creating many cherished memories along the way. At that time she played a significant role as stepmother to Gerald, Sherri and Dawn Trotter. 

She played a very special role in the lives of so many more children and their family members as they grew, always offering love, guidance, and support.

Mary (Butchie) Snow will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the deep love she had for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
