To Gord Atkinson's family members: It was with sadness that I learned of Gord's passing on October 4th, 2019. He and i attended Bracebridge High School together and his mother was a colleague of mine in Bracebridge. I will be leading the graveside service on Saturday at St. Thomas' Anglican Church Cemetery in Bracebridge. It will be an honour and privilege to be of service to you. If you care to reach out to me with any stores about his life, I would be pleased to receive them and use the material to assist me in preparing a brief, but meaningful service in Gord's memory.
