Obituary of Giuseppina Posteraro

Giuseppina (Pina) Posteraro (a.k.a. Miss Dynasty) passed peacefully in her 59th year. Loving daughter of Maria Posteraro, beloved sister to Annette, Anna (Giovanni), Fausto (Lina), and Andre (Debbie) pre-deceased. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and Godchildren, who she loved deeply. Born in Italy and immigrated to Toronto at the age of 5. She went to high school at Western Tech. She always lived for today and enjoyed music, movies, shopping, decorating and organizing events. She looked forward to getting together with friends and family. She will be forever remembered by the many lives she touched with her warmth, generosity and thoughtfulness. She had a gift of making people feel special. Remember Me To the living, I am gone, To the sorrowful, I will never return, To the angry, I was cheated, But to the happy, I am at peace, And to the faithful, I have never left. I cannot speak, but I can listen. I cannot be seen, but I can be heard. So as you stand upon a shore gazing at a beautiful sea, As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity, Remember me. Remember me in your heart: Your thoughts, and your memories, Of the times we loved, The times we cried, The times we fought, The times we laughed. For if you always think of me, I will never have gone. A Memorial Service Mass will be held Friday, February 14th at 7pm at Sacred Heart Church, 14485 Jane Street, King City, ON L7B 1A3. Any expressions of sympathy will be welcomed in a form of donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
