Obituary of Hugh Troy Thompson

Hugh Troy Thompson 

1963-2020

Dear son of Lola and Aurther Thompson, grandson to Rachel Hertrich and brother to Roy Pineault.

Hugh is survived by his beloved son's Roy Harlick and Dylan Harlick, cherished sisters Mary (Gus) Marchildon and Joan Stoppa, countless cousins and friends.

Hugh passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on July 11, 2020.

Hugh had many passions in his life, one of those was the passion of high-rise window cleaning where he made his career, he also taught many people his trade including myself (Keith Parberry) who went on to have careers in his industry, Hugh loved a cold beer with good friends and often was the life of the party, he also had many skills, he really was a "Jack of all trades" from fixing cars to framing a house and everything in between, he could do it all.

Hugh took pride in everything he did, he was most proud to be called dad. The proudest day of his life was the day his son Roy Harlick was born. He truly loved his boys.

Due to Covid19 and restrictions on gatherings, Hugh will have a private service with only immediate family and oldest of friends. Hugh will be laid to rest with his mother and father on his birthday, October 21, 2020
