Obituary of Linda Beausoleil
Linda Joy Beausoleil
October 22, 1951 - September 23, 2020
Linda Joy Beausoleil fought a short battle with cancer and passed away on September 23, 2020, only one month before her 69th birthday.
Linda was a strong woman and a diligent mother. Linda always put her children first. She is survived by her son Adam Beausoleil, and her daughter Amanda Beausoleil, their cat Kitcha and their dog Ivy.
Linda was a natural born artist with a creative mind. She dabbled in many of the arts including stained glass, sewing and painting, and was a talented cook and an incredible gardener. Many would refer to her backyard oasis as "the secret garden". Later in life, she perfected the art of acrylic pours and her artwork is in the homes of her family and friends as a forever reminder of her contributions, friendship, and her time here.
Linda was born of Kay (Katherine) and Jimmy (James) Morin, both of which were from families of Ukrainian immigrants who came to Canada in the late 1800's and who eventually changed their surnames to Morin.
For the last 10 years, Linda operated a homestay for english students from all over the world. For many of those students, she was their international mom.
She had a contagious laugh (when you were lucky enough to hear it) and a fierce spirit. Linda was loved greatly by her friends and family, and will be deeply missed.
