Obituary of Aline(Eileen) Marie Florida Rose

EILEEN MARIE ROSE

1938 – 2021

Eileen Rose, 82, of Toronto, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side at Bridgepoint Health Care on Monday, January 11, 2021. Born in Adamsville, NB she was the daughter of the late Hector and Margaret (Arsenault) Cormier. Eileen was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Eileen will be sadly missed by her children, Cheryl Dickson (Bill) and Kim Rose; grandchildren, Kevin and Robyn; great grandchildren Victoria and Knox; sister, Ruth Beers of Moncton; brothers, Willie, Henry (Jane), Tommy (Carmen) and Charlie (Ruth), all of Moncton; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Levina, Ida, Rita and Margaret; brothers, Francis and Eddy.

Her joy in life was time spent with her family, she was the center that kept traditions alive. She loved Bingo, playing cards, and singing and dancing to the wee hours of the morning. And not to forget, a big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, never missed a game!

A farewell was held with her immediate family and a Celebration of Life will be followed at a later date. In Eileen’s memory, a donation can be made to Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
