Obituary of Robert James Manovich

Robert James Manovich March 17 1951 – May 02 2021

 Robert passed away at Humber River hospital following a brief, difficult illness. He was the eldest son of Andrew and Natalie Manovich (both deceased).  Robert managed the pain of cancer with the same stoicism he had coped with other disappointments in his life.  Rob loved good times, nature, cottage life, his weed free lawn and relaxing in the back yard. Rob was an amazing host. He excelled at sport trivia, working with numbers and solving math problems. He was a loyal friend. Friends and neighbours will miss his humour, his booming voice and his readiness to help out as needed. He left us too soon and so fast. His loss is especially grieved by his close friends Divina, Oli and Angie. His ashes will be scattered at a future date at the St James Memorial Rose Garden.  We appreciate the diagnostic and palliative care he received at Humber River Hospital. He was granted his wish to participate in the Trillium gift of Life program.
