Obituary of Andrew Mieczyslaw Kordysz

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Andrew Kordysz on Thursday, November 25, 2021.

Andrew was born in Lublin, Poland on January 1, 1940, and immigrated to Canada in 1971 with his wife Eva. He worked as a Professional Engineer in the field of Instrumentation, and his work took him all over the world. Andrew loved music, tennis, skiing, and travelling, and was rarely seen without a book in his hand. More than anything, he loved his family.

Andrew is survived by his wife Eva (née Banach) and his daughter Natalie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Please email nataliekordysz@gmail.com if you wish to attend.

Instead of flowers, the family would prefer a donation to be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in his honour
