Obituary of Joan Thomas

After a long and difficult battle with dementia, Joan is finally at rest.  She passed away peacefully at the age of 100 on January 15, 2022 at Kipling Acres LTC.  Beloved wife of Glyn (deceased) and caring mother of Molly (Alex), Trefor and Howard.  Proud grandmother of Steve, Ryan and Kirstyn and great-grandmother of Katie (deceased) and Kristina.  She will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of her friends and family.

The family is grateful to the staff in the Clairville Unit who helped Joan through her journey. 

A Funeral Service by invitation will be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Richmond Hill on Friday, January 28^th, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.
