Rita will be missed for her infectious laughter and generous soul. She and cousin Donny were dear friends of our parents for as long as we can remember. They played an instrumental part of the notorious “breakfast club” that met every Sunday after the 9:30 mass. Together they shared laughter, caught up on the comings and goings of life, shared many jests and much camaraderie. It was the essence of the wonderful friendship that was shared by all who participated in the group. She will be missed. Our sincere condolences to the Greco family. Marie Ferracuti and family.

For over seventy years, we laughed, cried and shared in a lifetime of memories. We can’t imagine a world without Rita in it.
Our only consolation is that we know Donny will be there to wrap you in his loving arms. We’ll be seeing you in all the old familiar places.
Love always,
Frank and Tina Giannace

Auntie Rita had an abundance of charisma that was evident the moment she walked into a room.
She was strong, intelligent, classy but most of all generous. This was a woman who embraced
Life with open arms laughing all the way if things were less than perfect. I still recall as a little girl
that she treated me like a princess sometimes taking me to her workplace, followed by a stop
at Diana's Sweets for a chocolate cream donut. My favourite times spent were sitting around the
kitchen table on Radway with the most exquisite antipasto anyone could hope for. Everyone talking
at the same time surrounded by much laughter and sharing. She taught us all to reach for the stars
and now she is the brightest star shining down on us. Love you always.

Auntie Rita was a special part of our family. I remember how surprised our girls were when they found our that she, my Godmother Auntie Josie and Auntie Audrey were not my Mom's real sisters. She will be remembered for her spirit, her beauty & vibrant laugh but mostly for her kindness, love for her family & friends & the joy she brought to all of us who had the great honour of knowing & loving her. Her sweetheart Uncle Donnie, dear sisters & close friends like Mom & Dad have welcomed her with joy to heaven. We will all miss you & love you always Auntie Rita with lovely memories of you close in our hearts. Our deepest condolences and love to her amazing sons, Darrell, Donny, Anthony & Frankie, their lovely wives and grandchildren. Patti & Dave & family

Rita was one of my best friends, and I mean BEST for over 65 years. I am going to miss her so much, so many years of gossip and conversations about the family and the Y & R, going back as far as when Momma contributed to them. I notice that every one who posted a picture of her, all chose one showing her laughing and this is because this was her "go to" look. She loved a good laugh even if it was at her expense. She had a huge heart and was the most generous person I know. She loved Donnie and her kids and their kids, sometimes too much, but she never said NO to any of them. I'm sure I am not alone when I say I will miss her so much and so often.

Auntie Rita, you were always so kind, generous and loving, always interested in family and asked how everyone was. I loved all your stories about the good old days with all your brothers & sisters. When you and Uncle Donnie walked into a room it would LIGHT UP. The love and respect between the two of you was truly undeniable.
I will miss you dearly, you will always be in my heart, my thoughts go out to the Boys and their families at this difficult time.
Love Patti & Dennis ❤

Dearest Aunt, Godmother and Angel. You were larger than life and the most generous woman I had ever known. Your unconditional love and support ever present for all the Donofrios will never be forgotten. You held my hand through all the bad times and celebrated all the good times. I learned from your wisdom, traditions and stories of the life before we were born. It makes me smile to know you are with your true love now, and having coffee with Audrey, Josie and Teresa.
Sleep well my sweet Angel as you are now at peace.
My love as always

Auntie Rita, I always looked up to you. I loved when you came over to our house or we went to your house. Always so much fun, so much laughter and love. You were always the most glamorous and beautiful. Now I know you were glamorous and beautiful inside too, such a big heart, giving all you have. I loved the time we spent together, as short as it seemed now. Sharing memories of my beloved mom and your dear sister. I take comfort to know you are all together once again. Along with your love Uncle Donnie. Rest well Auntie. You will never be forgotten. With much love, Cathy, Dave and Sarah.
