Tia,
You will always be in my heart.
I hope you have found your peace, where you no longer are suffering. Although you weren’t ready to go, and fought till the end, you were called.
I’ll cherish every conversation we had towards the end, when I would take you to your “bathroom breaks”. Every time I’ll buy an iced cappuccino, I’ll think of you. I’ll miss all those wordless conversations we had just by looking at each other.
Know that you were loved so so much, and thank you for being my tough ass aunt for 38 years!!!
To my cousins, Alex, Josh, and Kevin, stay strong, true, and united. And I’m sorry.
To my uncle, thank you for loving my aunt. Thank you for being by her side until the end. You’ll always be my uncle.
To all the Carreiro guys, we are here, always. Love you guys!
Marlene
