So many fond memories of her at the cottage, in the kitchen, and in the garden. What an impact she made on me growing up. I remember her being so modestly caring, and a fantastic cook. To so many, she definitely fed both the tummy and the soul.

I have many memories from being the flower girl in Carmen and Adolf’s wedding to Christmases to times at the cottage. My fondest memory comes from childhood. There was a doll that I wanted for Christmas but my mother warned me that there was no money for the doll. I told my mother that I would run away if I didn’t get Tippy Toes. Carmen got the doll for me for Christmas. Tippy Toes is the only toy that I have left.
