I met Joanna in 2019 when I was a student at Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy. She was my first regular patient at the student clinic and it always brightened my day when I saw her name on my appointment list. She never failed to greet me with a huge, beaming smile and a hug and often spoke of her daughter, Hayley, and her excitement for the arrival of her soon-to-arrive grand-baby. She was truly a special person who radiated positivity and life and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to know her. All my Love, Dayna Phillips ❤️❤️❤️

Fond memories of JoJo and Janie and Ricky with Susie and Kathy playing in the sands of the Isle of Man. Our Mothers, sisters Beth and Jean, both ended up in Canada at one point. We children became Joanna, Jane, Rick, Susan, and Katharine to the world, but I will always remember my beautiful cousin as JoJo. Enjoy this next phase, my dear. Love, Kathy

I met Joanna at an Eat to the Beat breast cancer fundraiser. She, and daughter Hayley, were vivacious, warm and outgoing. Without hesitation, they gifted me their red wig that I had admired, to help me through my chemo. I will always remember that beautiful gift of support and camaraderie towards a stranger! I can only imagine how much joy and love she brought to those who knew and loved her well. I offer my sincere condolences. Thank you Joanna. ☀️
