Working with Dr Dhiman for over 12 years of my career was the best part of my career. His enthusiasm, dedication and kindness was an inspiration. He was not just my boss he was my friend. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. If I learned anything from him it was not to mourn his loss but to celebrate his life as he is not gone but he has moved on to another plane of existence. I have no doubt that his next journey will be blessed and full of love because he lived his journey here with such empathy and kindness. My husband worked in surgery with him for many years and shared many fond memories of time spent with him. We shared a lot of joy and laughter over the years as well as some tough times. Like he always said it seemed like the tough times we went through together were the fondest and most memorable to both of us because we got through them together. We will miss his kindness and the many laughs we shared. Our deepest and sincere condolences to his children ,grandchildren and entire family for he will be missed so very much. We miss our dear friend. “ When a dear one dies, instead of grieving unreasonably, realize that he has gone on to a higher plane at the will of God, and that God knows what is best for him. Rejoice that he is free. Pray that your love and goodwill be messengers of encouragement to him on his forward path. This attitude is much more helpful. Of course, we would not be human if we did not miss loved ones; but in feeling lonesome for them we don’t want selfish attachment to be the cause of keeping them earthbound. Extreme sorrow prevents a departed soul from going ahead toward greater peace and freedom.”- Paramahansa Yogananda
