I had decided to lookup Ida today as I had noticed their FB page no longer active and I hadn’t heard from them in some time. We met via Bunz and I had cut their hair a few times over the years, always enjoyed our chats, and visiting them and their cats. I had hoped my suspicion wasn’t correct, but I’m here to unfortunately note that it was indeed correct. I wish I could have spent more time with you, the pandemic time robbed us all of that. You were funny, introspective, and happy to dig deep into difficult subjects with me. You supported my return to school to finish nursing and our last meeting had me shaving your head for you so you didn’t have to deal with the annoyance of hair anymore. You were a shining light, Ida. So much love to you and yours.
